Type your comment here. Think and eat like a caveman. Nuts, berries, raw honey, the occational mastadon burger grilled over an open fire and lots and lots of water. Also if it takes half the day walking or running to get dinner then how can anyone get fat.Stay away from the whites...white bread, white milk, white sugar.

WOW! I'm so glad someone finally said it plain and simple. Those ppl who go through life blaming everyone else for their lack of motivation and their ignorance just really get on my nerves. I'm gonna post your link on a few forums I frequent!

I completely agree with everything you posted. I realized a few months ago that if I want my stomach to flatten, I'm just going to have to eat less. I started doing exactly what you said; I told myself I was full even if my plate still had food on it. It's surprising how little food it takes to fill me up nowadays. Exercising more often also helped make me look better.

Now, if only I could get my arms to be as big as yours...

Frozen vegetables are not necessarily bad. Canned vegetables are the worst option. Frozen and fresh are about equal. It all depends on how you cook the vegetables. If you buy frozen vegetables with cheese sauce and butter in it then of course that is not healthy. However, neither is taking fresh broccoli and boiling it and then adding cheese and butter. If you steam your frozen veggies they are just as good as steaming fresh veggies. The key is to stay away from canned vegetables and steam your frozen or fresh vegetables and do not add butter, cheese, and salt every time!
