Campaign for Liberty

Posted by Jeff Barnett on June 14th, 2008

campaign for liberty

After Ron Paul’s unsuccessful bid for the Conservative Republican Party’s nomination, he has decided to continue his fight for Constitutional principles of government through the “Campaign for Liberty.” This is an excellent idea, because as Dr. Paul said many times, his campaign has never been about him–it’s about his message. The Campaign for Liberty seeks to “…educate our fellow Americans in freedom, sound money, non-interventionism, and free markets. ” and “be a permanent presence on the American political landscape.” I look forward to where this new direction will take Dr. Paul’s work in promoting a political philosophy of liberty, choice, and responsibility. You’re unlikely to find that on either mainstream side of the aisle these days.
